The AC-3 Acoustic Simulator from BOSS is a useful effect that turns your electric guitar into a virtual acoustic. Using the propriety COSM modeling technology, the AC-3 features Standard, Jumbo, Enhanced, and Piezo-equipped modes, as well as a built-in reverb effect.

Separate outputs, one for guitar amps and one for PAs or recorders, allow for versatile configurations for the stage or studio. The AC-3 gives you an acoustic-like tone without having to carry a separate guitar.
