The Neutrik NP2RX-TIMBRE timbrePLUG is a right-angled 1/4″ 2-pole timbre plug. The sound of a guitar is influenced to a certain extent by the instrument cable that is used; in particular, the natural electrical property of guitar cables is responsible for the characteristic cable tone. The timbrePLUG provides the possibility to change the timbre of your guitar sound from a neutral, clear sound to a warm characteristic tone in 4 steps by turning a knob on the plug. In this way a wide range of new sounds opens.
